Ordering TOS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all development services provided by devs_des1re (Arjun Patel). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Ordering

When placing an order, you must provide all required details, including but not limited to:

  • A complete description of the project.
  • Required features and functionality.
  • Preferred platform, language, or framework (if applicable).
  • Any assets, branding, or resources that will be used.
  • Any deadlines or important requirements.

Development will be based solely on the information provided at the time of ordering.

  1. Additional Requests

Any features, changes, or requirements mentioned after development has begun or after the order has been completed are not included in the original order unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Additional work may require:

  • Additional payment.
  • A revised deadline.
  • A new order.
  1. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • I retain ownership of all source code, assets, libraries, and materials created during development.
  • You receive only the rights explicitly granted to you upon completion of the order.

If ownership is transferred or different licensing terms apply, this will be stated before or during the order.

  1. Third-Party Software

Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or dependencies that remain under their respective licenses. I do not claim ownership of third-party software.

  1. Setup Requirements

You are responsible for being able to install, configure, and host the project yourself. Unless setup assistance is explicitly included in your order, I am not responsible for deployment, hosting, or server configuration.

  1. Revisions

Revisions are limited to correcting work that does not match the agreed specifications. Requests that introduce new functionality or alter the agreed scope are considered additional work.

  1. Payments

Work may begin only after any required payment has been received.

Payments are generally non-refundable once development has started, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed.

  1. Project Delivery

Completed work will be delivered using a mutually agreed delivery method.

It is your responsibility to download and securely store delivered files.

  1. Support

Unless ongoing support is included with your order, delivery of the project does not include future updates, maintenance, compatibility fixes, or technical support.

  1. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including projects involving illegal, malicious, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

  1. Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
